Basic Requirements:

- Our operation hours are from 8:00AM to 5:30PM CST, seven days a week. Weekend availability is essential.
- Applicants MUST commit to working a full shift per day.

Job Description:
We are seeking individuals for clerical roles, primarily focused on customer service via phone, chat, and email. Experience in online or phone hospitality or patient care is highly desirable, but we are open to engaging with those new to the field. Fully trained staff receive competitive compensation of $18 to $20 per hour. High performing individuals may be considered for salaried management positions that include some benefits.
Remote Work Requirements:
You must be technologically adept and capable of fast communication, to effectively work from home without much supervision. Prior to the full position offer, successful completion and passing of training is required.
