One Love Social, a Facebook Ads and Social Media Agency, is seeking a highly talented and motivated Facebook Ads Expert with a specialization in lead generation using lead forms. As our agency focuses on helping local businesses thrive, we are looking for a candidate who can create effective lead forms that generate high-quality leads for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Facebook Ads and a proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage lead generation campaigns on Facebook, specifically using lead forms.
- Create effective lead forms that generate high-quality leads for our clients.
- Work with a variety of local businesses across different industries, targeting specific audiences to maximize lead generation.
- Utilize Facebook's advertising platform to optimize smaller campaigns with high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visuals and videos using tools such as Canva or Adobe.
- Ensure compliance with Facebook's advertising policies and guidelines to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Proactively manage three client accounts in the initial week, delivering exceptional results.
- Upon demonstrating satisfactory performance and delivering results, immediately add an additional three client accounts.
- Continuously optimize campaigns and provide regular performance reports to clients.
- Take on additional responsibilities related to lead nurturing and managing leads, based on performance and interest.
- Demonstrate exceptional skills and results to unlock opportunities for managing additional client accounts and increasing earning potential.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Facebook Ads Expert specializing in lead generation using lead forms.
- Proven experience in creating effective lead forms that generate high-quality leads.
- Proficiency in Facebook's advertising platform and its various features and targeting options.
- Experience working with local businesses in various industries, with a focus on Med Spas and Home Service businesses as a plus.
- Solid understanding of Facebook's advertising policies and guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
- Proficiency in using Canva or Adobe for creating visually appealing graphics and videos.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to increase workload and income through exceptional performance.
Compensation
- The fixed rate for this position is $150 per client account.
- You will start by managing three client accounts in the initial week.
- Upon demonstrating satisfactory performance and delivering results, immediately add an additional three client accounts.
- Opportunities to manage additional accounts and increase earning potential based on exceptional performance.
- We are looking to have someone manage 15-20 accounts on an ongoing basis meaning that the potential earnings is high.
