Bi-Lingual Patient Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator for Busy Medspa [United States]


 

This position is for an enthusiastic, motivated individual, will an excellent phone voice, enthusiastic professional mature demeanor to promptly greet or patients. An extrovert. Excellent attention to detail.

Busy Medical Spa is seeking a Bi-Lingual Front office / receptionist experience that can multi-task and work well under pressure. Schedule consultations for our Spanish speaking leads in our North Scottsdale office.

This individual will have at least one year of experience in answering telephones, greeting patients, typing, word processing, scheduling consultations, filing, receiving payments, etc.

Must have 1 year of front office / reception experience in busy aesthetic medical center of equivalent

Our ideal candidate is someone who is an organized problem solver with sales proficiency, customer service, administrative and time management skills. This position is going to be our first form of outreach with our clients.

This is an hourly plus commission job.

Our patients are our number one priority and we expect this person to deliver the highest-quality service with a positive attitude.

Stable work history with references

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Word Processing (MS Word) / Google Docs
  • Spreadsheets (Excel) / Google Sheets
  • Client database (including scheduling and maintaining client information)
  • Telephone etiquette & proficiency
  • 1+ years front office experience working in Medical Spa, Plastic Surgeon's office, retail medical, or equivalent.
  • Scheduling software

RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):

  • Responsible for seeking out new referrals & following up with leads (Spanish & English)
  • Follow up with incoming leads and older leads
  • Record lead follow up in CRM and any manual tracking tools that may be required
  • Follow "Lead Follow Up Procedure"
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential leads.
  • Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of treatments and how they can benefit the patient.
  • Assist with translating for medical staff.

BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM
  • Consultation experience
