We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at Integra Software Services. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our Tech Services business in the North American market. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in technology services and a proven track record in business development.

Job Description: Business Development Executive - Tech Services (North American Market)

Location: Remote / United States

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the North American market for our Tech Services offerings.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs and positioning our services as a solution.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, delivery, and operations, to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and achievements against targets.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the overall business planning process.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in Business development or sales from IT /Tech services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • Proven track record in business development, preferably in the technology services industry.
  • Experience in the North American market, with a strong understanding of its business landscape and customer preferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to identify market opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to track activities and manage customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of technology services such as software development, digital transformation, cloud solutions, or IT consulting is highly desirable.
  • Any previous experience in the content or publishing industry would be a plus.
