Who You Are
As an Account Executive Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed goals in a high velocity sales environment. You are energized by coaching and developing sales people to master their craft. You are a performance driven leader who is not afraid to deliver direct feedback, with an ability to retain top talent by unlocking their full potential. You are dedicated to creating an environment where the team is highly engaged and motivated to do their best work.

  • Provide coaching and development that enables your team to meet and exceed their goals
  • Partner with SaleOps how to use data to identify the most valuable coaching opportunities
  • Take ownership in creating an environment where people are highly engaged and motivated to do great work
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Provide input and direction that will optimize our sales process (scripts/value selling, emails, workflows)Have an impact on transforming early education for every teacher, parent, and child

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

  • 3+ years experience as Inside Sales Representative and/or Account Executive
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing a team; preferably for SaaS and/or other B2B technology-based products or services
  • Track record of consistently achieving ambitious team goals
  • Experience building high performance sales teams
  • Passion for delivering insightful, actionable coaching that accelerates rep performance
  • Experience hiring new team members and mentoring on career progression
  • Ability to effectively address performance issues with limited guidance
  • Comfort with high volume/velocity sales, as well as a dynamic environment that will evolve rapidly
  • Experience using CRM to manage and forecast sales opportunities (SFDC and Outreach preferred)
  • Ability to use data to assess individual + team performance and help to identify plans continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, time-management and high emotional intelligence
  • Ability to drive efficient pipeline management and forecasting practices
Brightwheel is committed to internal pay equity and offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, equity, and benefits. For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies.

In addition to equity, our annual cash compensation for this role in all US-based locations is an hourly rate of $70,000 with an additional variable of $70,000.
