Job Description:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide application, server, database, and development support and services.
- Work in a Windows-based environment as well as utilize Microsoft Office Suite.
- Update existing tools and develop new services to address changing team needs
- Update settings in automation tools
- Manage database fields and users
- XML and JSON coding
- MS SQL database administration
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience providing systems integration and/or back-end development
- A love for solving puzzles and finding solutions
- Very well organized
- Ability to work with users with widely varying technical skills
- Quick response to requests during business hours
- Ability to prioritize requests when necessary
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
