JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The candidate will assist PCs with the resolution of halted invoices in an accurate and timely manner according to departmental standards while also assisting AP Processing Analysts with PO receipt adjustments.

This position is responsible for contacting PCs regarding halted invoices and providing PC staff with resolution recommendations in order to reduce the overall halted invoice count and aging. AP Halt Analysts may provide training and assistance to Corporate or PC personnel regarding invoice processing and PO maintenance which includes an electronic processing environment.

  • Daily contact with PC’s regarding halt resolution
  • Assist processors with receiver adjustments
  • Maintain a monthly average of no more than 10 halts per location
  • Maintain a monthly average of no more than 9% halts older than 45 days
  • Process month-end halt accruals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the AP Supervisor

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in high volume AP department or other experience deemed relevant
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency
  • Dependable, motivated self-starter with the ability to multitask while maintaining keen attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude that is adaptable, flexible and open to change
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Base Pay Range: $17.71 - 24.35
