Real Estate Data Entry Operator needed for a top-ranking real estate team ! We are in search of a self-motivated and results-driven professional who possesses a high level of personal accountability and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts. The ideal team member is a customer-focused, outside-of-the-box thinker and problem solver who is always looking to find ways to improve systems and processes.

  • Identifies documents and their purpose; creating a database of information.
  • Classifies documents based on contract requirements.
  • Captures information based on client requirements.
  • Verifies data from automated data extraction tools.
  • Ensures transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
