What are we looking for? Our team is seeking personable and motivated Top Talent to support the company’s Transit Department as a Customer Support Representative located in our Santa Fe Springs, California location. This position is a busy, high profile customer service position.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Processing of orders for a specific group of accounts.
  • Management of orders from beginning to end.
  • Scheduling of customer pickups.
  • Scheduling/managing work orders.
  • Constant communication with customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Highly Organized.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer demands.
  • Good Follow Up Skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • JD Edwards experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of production process a plus.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations/shipping a plus.

Hours of work:This is a fulltime (40 hour) a week position with days and hours of work being Monday through Friday, between 7:00am and 4:00pm. Hours of work may vary based on business needs.

Position Type: Possible hybrid schedule – 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.
