Responsibilities:

  • The Project Coordinator ensures all logistics of a home transaction
  • Work as a critical part of a small team
  • Arrange and manage minor contractor work on site (keying, lockboxes, photos of a property)
  • Investigate and Overcome bureaucratic hurdles to titling and ownership transfer for personal property assets
  • Work with clients to understand and serve their goals
  • Research and help to clear manufactured home title issues
  • Utilize a CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor progress
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and find best solutions
  • Research market and local Government requirements, prepare contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
  • Ensure a smooth and simple transaction for each seller
  • Perform analysis on each home value using market data
  • All training will be provided

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem solving ability required
  • Strong general computer literacy strictly required and tested
  • Must be very driven and goal-oriented
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
  • Ability to approach confrontations and navigate them tactfully

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Tuition reimbursement

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
