Responsibilities:
- The Project Coordinator ensures all logistics of a home transaction
- Work as a critical part of a small team
- Arrange and manage minor contractor work on site (keying, lockboxes, photos of a property)
- Investigate and Overcome bureaucratic hurdles to titling and ownership transfer for personal property assets
- Work with clients to understand and serve their goals
- Research and help to clear manufactured home title issues
- Utilize a CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor progress
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and find best solutions
- Research market and local Government requirements, prepare contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
- Ensure a smooth and simple transaction for each seller
- Perform analysis on each home value using market data
- All training will be provided
Qualifications:
- Strong problem solving ability required
- Strong general computer literacy strictly required and tested
- Must be very driven and goal-oriented
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
- Ability to approach confrontations and navigate them tactfully
