Star Bank is hiring a Universal Banker & Loan Assistant for our offices in Barrett / Elbow Lake, MN. The office is open Monday-Friday during business hours. No weekends!

Responsibilities of this position include the following:
- Serve as the "face of the bank" from a customer service and new accounts standpoint
- Open new accounts and conduct general banking transactions in-person or via drive-thru
- Generate and process documents for consumer, residential construction, and/or commercial loan closings
- Provide administrative support to our lenders
- Assist customers with general account questions and inquiries
- Assist in ordering appraisals, title work and flood determinations
- Maintain loan files and scan documents
- Process and file insurance policies and lien cards
- Help manage a tickler system
- Exception tracking
- Input and maintenance of loan information on core system
- Payment processing
- Pull paid notes and assist in release of liens
- Additional administrative and project-based duties as assigned by branch management
