We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the family as part of our new Hero Hotline!
About you:
Our current team of Hero's are customer experience focues, highly self-motivated and love to have fun! We are seeking new Heroes that possess the following attributes:
- Comfortable working remote Monday - Friday (definitely Friday!)
- Experience using Zoom, Zendesk, and slack
- Familiar with Casino and Sports Betting apps
- Unwavering commitment to success
- Track record of achieving personal and professional goals
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Commitment to ethical and moral standard

Pay:
- $25/hr + commissions
